Our second agency opened at 51 Grand Rue in Valence-En-Poitou and later at 61 Grand Rue in Valence-En-Poitou in 2012.
We are delighted to be situated in the heart of the main avenue, surrounded by numerous businesses in this town.
Valence-En-Poitou is the result of the merger, as of January 1, 2019, of the municipalities of Couhé, Ceaux-en-Couhé, Châtillon, Payré, and Vaux. It is located just 25 minutes from South Poitiers via the N10.

Transition to the ERA franchise and establishment of an agency group in the Vienne department.
In 2021, our agencies joined forces under the ERA franchise to provide you with a more efficient service throughout the Vienne department.
The adventure began when the two directors of the agency, Mr. Jean-Samuel CORDEAU and Mrs. Benoîte BERNARDEAU, teamed up with two real estate agents from Vienne, Mr. Benjamin de TUGNY from Agence Pierre in CHATELLERAULT and Mr. Stéphane ROY from Agence du Palais in POITIERS, to create a new agency concept in POITIERS under the ERA franchise. Thus, ERA Buy & Sell agency was born.
Soon after, all the agencies united under the ERA banner to create a unique group of real estate agencies in the Vienne department.
